How can I see details of a painting?
Enlargements and enlarged details may be seen by clicking on the image of the painting. At the top of the screen will appear a bar with options to view the enlargements individually or as a slide show.
What is the Live Preview AR message?
This augmented reality gives you the option of viewing a piece of art in your own home, office or other location. Instructions are available by clicking on the message.
What is the Wall Preview message?
The Wall Preview is a simulator that provides sense of scale in nine different settings with a wide variety of the most popular wall colors.
What options are available when purchasing a print?
There are three primary options available. MEDIUM is the surface of the print, e.g., watercolor paper. SIZE is the size of the print excluding mat and/or frame. STYLE is the selection of mats, frames or just the print. If FRAMED PRINTS is selected, you will be given a wide variety of frames from which to select. Please note that the price varies based on each of these four decisions.
The Wall Preview tool provides a simulated view of the results of each of the above selections.
What is your shipping Policy?
The cost of shipping is included in the price of original art. With prints, the price is calculated by size and weight.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Original art that is not damaged may be returned within ten days of notification to me. The cost will be refunded or the painting may be exchanged. All art is insured. If an original piece arrives damaged, notify me within five days of delivery. I will pay for the return of the painting and the cost will be completely refunded.
